Organized by Washington State University Stevens County Extension, the Community Colleges of Spokane, and WSU Film Studies.

All presenters are WSU faculty and staff, except Maury Barr who teaches film in Colville. All showings take place in the Northeast Washington WSU Learning Center, Colville except where noted.
