Solving the TreffPunkt CD temporary audio files problem!

This insidious little problem can be resolved by starting the TreffPunkt CD application (this is found only on the German 101 or 102 Desktop).  When the following screen appears ....

insert one of the TreffPunkt floppy disks and click OK (these disks are kept at the monitor's desk-there should be 5-10 3.5 floppies stacked in the small shelving unit where the burned CDs are left).  After clicking OK you should then see the following screen:

Now click on the pull-down menu labeled -Drives- selecting the option for - a: - as show below:

Finally click on the -OK- button and the TreffPunkt application should start normally. If the first screen above re-appears then request a different floppy disk.

Please note that these floppy disks are formatted and are blank (nothing has been written to them); this is a requirement for the floppy disks to function properly in solving this little problem.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE FLOPPY DISK TO THE MONITOR'S DESK WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED USING THE TREFF PUNKT APPLICATION!

Also please note that lab computers without functioning floppy drives will not be able to run the Treffpunkt CD Application (workstations near the bottom of the stairs do not have functioning floppy drives).
