Take part in our Italian language program! Italian is considered part of Liberal Arts studies. It is well regarded by employers and by graduate and professional schools. Studying Italian in conjunction with other disciplines is a determinant factor for careers in fields such as international business, hospitality and business management, economics, law, fine arts, and fashion.
The Italian Program at Washington State University is a versatile program that allows the student to concentrate on the study of the basics of Italian language and culture.
At all stages of instruction, students may deepen their linguistic sensibilities and expand their horizons by studying, through a Romance language, a civilization different from but connected to their own, for 2 years or 4 semesters.
