Microsoft OUTLOOK 2003 Help & Hints

 

1) Click on Tools, Email Accounts:

 

2) Click on Add a new directory or address book:

3) Select Internet Directory Service (LDAP):

4) Enter "phonebook.wsu.edu" in the Server Information box, then click "More Settings":

5) The "More Settings" button brings you to here. Now click on the "Search" tab:

6) Enter "o=wsu.edu" in the Search base: window.
Note that the "o" is a small letter o and NOT a zero:

Click OK, and click to finish, and you are done. After the LDAP phonebook has been properly configured it should look like this in the "Tools", "E-mail Accounts", "View or change existing directories or address books" window:
