How do I configure an email signature in Outlook 2003?
 

Click on Tools, Options,

 

Click on the Mail Format tab,

 

Click on the Signatures button,

 

Click on New,

 

Enter a name for your new signature,

 

Enter your signature information, and click on finish.

 

If you wish the signature to be added automatically to all new emails, assign the signature to an email account name for new messages. Also assign it for replies and forwards, if you wish to automatically add a signature to those. If you don't want the signature to be added automatically to all email messages, you can add it manually at the time an email is written or sent.
